First select your membership status at Ross Tennis Centre. This is a separate payment made to the venue, which allows you to free access to floodlit courts, reduced coaching rates and competition opportunities.

In order to see the sessions we have available, you will need to add the details of the participant that will be attending the session. Navigate to the ‘Participants’ page in the menu and select ‘Add Participant’. Provide us with your/your child’s essential personal information and emergency contact details, this is important to ensure we fulfil safeguarding practices. Make sure to visit the ‘Agreements’ section under ‘My Account’ to select if you are happy to give media consent and look at our Privacy Policy and T&Cs. *Please note our Privacy Policy highlights how we look after your information provided.

Head to ‘Classes’ in the main menu and select ‘Add Enrollments’. You will then be given the chance to select what type of session you/your child would like to attend. After making a selection, click ‘Select a Student’ and choose the participant from the list that would be attending. You will then be able to see all of the relevant classes we have running that the participant is eligible to take part in. Simply add  this session to your cart and head to the checkout.

To confirm your booking, enter your payment information through stripe secure payments. This is a termly payment based on the number of session remaining during school term time. You will need to re-book and pay for sessions in the next term. This payment option is exclusively for our junior sessions.

To confirm your booking, enter your direct debit information securely. Your payments will be automatically set up for you and we will send you an invoice/receipt each month. This is the best way to split your payments.. Once setup, you will not need to worry about making payments or rebooking in future, as we can automatically enrol your child onto future term time sessions, until you wish to cancel. *Please see T&C’s for more information.

Exclusively for our adult sessions, we offer a convenient pay-as-you-go option. This means you have the freedom to choose the sessions that best suit your schedule, giving you the flexibility you need to make the most of our coaching programmes.

With your session selected, personal details filled out, and payment information confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation email (please check spam/junk mail too). Please feel free to contact us with any problems and questions you may have to ensure your child is all set for an enriching and rewarding tennis experience with us.
